Bounce Back Give Back is awarded by CKF to two transplant recipients every year. Bounce Back winners have shown the determination to bounce back from transplantation, but have also shown the passion to give back to the transplant community. Nominations will start on April 1st please head to our Bounce Back page to make a nomination. You can nominate yourself, a family member, or a friend and the winner will receive an expense-paid trip to Aspen, CO for CKF’s annual Summit For Life!
