National Donate Life Month
National Donate Life Month (NDLM) is celebrated every April and features a full month of activities to encourage organ donor registration.
CKF celebrated National Donate Life Month in April with various awareness programs and activities. Check out this year’s campaigns and activities below.
Read & Register
This year, in honor of Donate Life Month and World Book Day on April 23rd, CKF will be hosting a Read & Register Campaign to educate and inspire students. We will provide 50 Elementary, 50 Middle, and 50 High Schools nationwide with 2 free copies of organ donation-themed books, along with classroom activities for teachers to use based on the books. The books will include:
Elementary School: Clayton Sparks Leaves His Mark by Abby Gray
Middle School: Howl Helps Bella by Brenda Cortez
High School: 17 Again: A Story of Life After Life by Lisa Boullt

Light It Up Green & Blue

Donor Dudes Events
In honor of National Donate Life Month, individuals are encouraged to host their own awareness events in their school, college, workplace, or community. You can create your own event or pick an event from one of our event-in-a-box plans. CKF provides with all of the education materials, swag, and even guest speakers. We also sign off on any volunteer hours, and support in other ways when needed. Click below to learn more.
