Our mission is to educate individuals to register as organ, eye, and tissue donors and inspire those in the transplant community.
Our vision is to eliminate the wait for transplantation.

CKF seeks to inspire people to learn more about organ, eye, & tissue donation in order to register as organ donors, & gives inspiration & hope to transplant recipients & those on the transplant waitlist.
Education -
CKF educates people across the US through our free online curricula & awareness events, equipping individuals with organ, eye, & tissue donation facts so they can make informed decisions about registering as organ donors.
Registration -
CKF strives to increase the number of registered donors, & has the capacity to quickly register people to the national donor database with our online platform.
